PRIVACY POLICY AND CODE OF ETHICS
Under no circumstances will we share your information with third parties, not your name, not your email, nothing. Ever.
No information about the client will ever be disclosed under any circumstances unless it is required by him or her. The information release requirement has to be done in TWO-forms: Orally, online, with the video active or In person AND in written form, signed and attached to a copy of your photo ID.
If any officer or agent of the law ever requests information about you or your case, it will only be given if: a warrant signed by a judge is presented, to which I am required by the court to surrender the file immediately, if the request is not for immediate surrender, you will be contacted and advised in the terms of the law, and I will contact a lawyer to confirm that such request is legal. Your information is sacred and should never be revealed.
I am legally/ethically required to inform the authorities if you present risk to yourself or others, if you ever make a threat to yourself or to others, or if the client reports abuse of any kind to him or herself or to children. There is no way around this.
The only person allowed to access your file is the professional assigned to your case and no one else. My commitment to your privacy, safety and security is top priority. This is part of the trust building agreement. You will not be granted access to the professional's notes under no circumstances, they are technical and exclusively used to better assist you. If you need a report to keep in your files, you may request it at any time.
The only physical touch involved in the process is the touching/manipulation of the client's hands or feet, forehead or the top of the head. No physical touch besides that is ever involved in any of the sessions, unless strictly necessary to maintain the safety of the client, or anyone involved.
No children under the age of 18 is allowed to be by themselves during a memory regression session. This is for the safety of everyone involved in the process. One parent or legal guardian is required to be in the room at all times. If a child reports any form of abuse, it will be reported to the local authorities, regardless of the agent responsible for the abuse.
